Q: Why do you need the RSVP so soon?
A: The event center staff need our final head-counts and menu choices at least 2-3 weeks out from the event.

Q: Are there age requirements for my guest?
A: Yes, we are requiring all attendees to be 18 years or older.

Q: What does a dressy-casual attire mean?
A: While we would like for everyone to be comfortable, we would like for everyone to be dressed a bit nicer than you would to the office. One website described “dressy casual” as “You should dress up, but only a little. It’s often just a matter of wearing nicer shoes, a snazzier top or pants that aren’t blue jeans (though denim is fine with the right kind of shirt).” That said, this guideline is just a baseline for the event. If you want to take this opportunity to dress up to higher standard, you’re totally welcome to do so! Our waitstaff will be dressed in formal dress. This is intended to be a casual offsite event to thank everyone for their hard work this year!

Q: What about alcohol?
A: Coffee, Tea, and/or Water will be provided with your meal. A bar will be available for purchase, attached to the event space. We expect our attendees and their guests to make responsible decisions regarding alcoholic beverages.

Q: Will My HR Professionals be open Friday, December 8th?
A: Yes, we will be open for business Friday, December 8th, but the office will close at 4PM to allow for everyone to get ready for One Team One Party!
