10.1 Introduction & Opt-In Consent

By enrolling in the My HR Professionals SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages, including notifications, HR updates, payroll alerts, benefits reminders, and onboarding communications, on the mobile number you provide. This program adheres to TCPA guidelines and CTIA Best Practices.

Your participation requires explicit one-to-one consent. By opting in, you consent to receive messages from My HR Professionals only. Consent cannot be shared with other companies or third-party entities without your direct approval.

You may opt in through the following methods:

  • In-Person Form: Sign or complete a paper intake form that includes a dedicated section with clear language outlining SMS consent.

10.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your employment activity and HR events. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, unless urgent notifications are required. Standard carrier rates apply.

10.3 Opt-Out Process

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Additional supported opt-out keywords: QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END. All of these keywords will be honored automatically.
