  • Initiates payments timely, either by preparing and administering checks or making direct deposits through a bank payment system
  • Provides a personal payroll service processor; this allows a one-point contact for your payroll related needs
  • Flexible on how hours are provided from our clients; i.e. online, email, phone, or fax
  • Ensures you stay compliant with any changes to payroll service related laws
  • Responds to unemployment benefit notices with specifics about the separation on the Client’s behalf

Employee Data:

  • Retains and stores all employee data in an easily accessible system
  • Compliant with record-keeping policies and procedures
  • Processes paperwork for terminations, transfers, and promotions
  • Processes payroll data by recording changes such as:

loan payments

direct deposits

address & name

pay increases

W-4’s

positions/status/department/location

Other Duties Included With Payroll Services:

  • Addresses employee’s pay-related concerns and provides assistances when needed
  • Offers step-by-step guides to better assist you with all your payroll service needs as well as step-by-step guides to help employees with their ESS
  • My HR Professionals provides New Hire Reporting weekly as part of the new hire process so that unemployment and child support enforcement agencies are notified
  • Responds to written request for Verifcation of Employment or Earnings received from a third party (such as child support offices, banks, or prospective employers)
  • The employee may access employee requests for pay history via My HR Professionals’ Employee Self-Service (ESS) Portal
