Meet the Client Advocates!

A: Every My HR Pros client is assigned a dedicated Client Advocate that acts as one of the client’s two main points of contact (along with the client’s Payroll Processor). Client Advocates act as a mediator between clients and our internal team to ensure that the client feels heard and that they are receiving exceptional service from our team. The Client Advocate also interacts with new client contacts to ensure they have proper access to our payroll system (My HR Dashboard) and are familiar with the services My HR Pros provides. If you’re ever unsure of who to send an issue or request to – start with your Client Advocate!
A: Our Client Advocates are Alicia Coombes and Nancy Turner. Both Alicia and Nancy have worked at My HR Pros for 5 years or more! Alicia previously worked as a Payroll Processor in our Payroll Department before moving into the Client Advocate role a little over 3 years ago. Outside of the office, Alicia enjoys coaching her daughter's basketball team! Nancy began with My HR Pros in our Benefits Department as a Benefits Specialist before transitioning to become a Client Advocate about two years ago. As an advocate, what she enjoys most about her role is being a part of the solution to a task. At the end of the work day, Nancy looks forward to spending time with her friends and family and reading a good book!
A: The current Client Advocate role was implemented at My HR Pros almost 4 years ago. The goal – along with improved service to our clients – was to simplify the number of contacts that our clients had to keep track of. For anything related to your standard payroll process, contact your Payroll Processor. For anything else, reach out to your Client Advocate! They will get you your answer or see that your request is routed to the appropriate team member or department!
A: Your Client Advocate is your voice inside My HR Pros. While we take pride in all of our team members providing exceptional service to our clients, your Client Advocate’s goal is to ensure you are always receiving the best solution available from our team. This often involves collaboration and “healthy conflict” between the Client Advocates and other internal team members. Our goal is for our Client Advocates to build a relationship with you so that you can feel comfortable reaching out to them anytime you need training on our systems, have an issue that needs to be addressed, or there’s something we as a team could do better.
A: Your Client Advocate can be found in the My HR Dashboard Admin Portal in the “My Contacts” section. If you don’t have access to My HR Dashboard, feel free to reach out to our Director of Client Services Kyle Arnold (email@example.com) and he will make sure you are introduced to your Client Advocate!
