Workers’ compensation is offered as a pay-as-you-go model in comparison to receiving the traditional, up-front estimation of premiums.
Annual Safety Inspection
Secondly, as a business owner, we recognize your team’s safety is of utmost importance. As a part of our PEO bundle, we offer an annual inspection to identify your occupational safety threats. A thorough report of our findings is given to you at the end of the inspection. Identifying these threats is a crucial step in keeping your team safe and reducing your company’s liability.
Employee Handbook
“Communication is key,” is a quote that is often shared in relationships! It is not exclusive to the workplace. As a part of our PEO bundle, our Compliance team will help you create or update an employee handbook. Our team will also support you in annual updates!
HR Checkpoint
Additionally, our Compliance Team has created an online survey for your business and your HR needs. After completion of the survey, they will offer 1 hour of 1:1 training based on your survey results with them!
Employee Benefits Package
We are offering a unique employee benefits package within our PEO bundle to best meet you and your team’s needs. The package offers coverage for vision, dental, disability, pets, and so much more! Bookkeeping
Lastly, we are very excited to share that we now offer a Bookkeeping Service exclusively to our PEO clients! The service is billed on total, actual time spent with you or on your account, not per call or question. We also offer a Start-Up Package for new businesses!
