My HR Pros is essential in guiding its clients and the broader community to adhere to the evolving federal and state regulations. The landscape of regulations changes so frequently that it becomes overwhelming for an individual to keep track. Access to a dedicated team of HR experts can greatly ease the management of complex employee relations and challenges, ensuring decisions are made with the best information at hand. This approach significantly reduces the risk of expensive legal actions.
Our services include development training, establishing robust policies and procedures, offering outsourced HR solutions, meticulous record-keeping, and fostering effective communication pathways for both management and employees. By taking a proactive approach with the Pros, you can position your company more effectively for your future success.
We have a dedicated Compliance team that boasts extensive experience in the industry, as well as many nationally recognized HR certifications. Our team draws on their experience and precedent established by state and national courts and policy makers when advising our clients on best practices for running the HR function of their business.
Our team stays up to date with industry updates by way of proactively researching proposed policy changes, involving themselves in national and local industry organizations like the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and local SHRM chapters like the Western Arkansas Human Resources Association (WAHRA) and Central Arkansas Human Resources Association (CAHRA), and drawing on contacts within the State and Federal oversight agencies who are often able to supplement and clarify ambiguous law and policy.
Onboarding with any new business partnership can be a daunting task, but our team walks with you through the process ensuring you are fully supported along the way.
The typical onboarding process takes around 4 weeks to complete and entails collecting a variety of company information, personnel documentation, payroll records, and organization policies to ensure our partnership is set up for success. During this time, you are assigned a dedicated Onboarding Specialist who becomes your main point of contact during implementation. The first phase of the onboarding process ends with My HR Pros processing your first payroll, when you will be introduced to your main on-going points of contact, your Payroll Processor and Client Advocate.
At that time, your Client Advocate will schedule a personalized training session with you to acquaint you with our systems and services and any additional services – like our Enhanced HR or Occupational Safety services – will begin their implementations.
We view ourselves as an extension of your team and are available to serve in whatever capacity you need us! Typically, though, our clients utilize My HR Pros to supplement their existing team and/or avoid hiring new team members, rather than replacing existing staff.
The tools and expertise that come with a My HR Pros partnership empower quicker, more well-informed decisions to be made so that you or your current team members may focus more time on other important areas of your business. What could you be doing better or more timely if you had a team of Pros to pull on?
