Dianna Lyon-Wagner
Compliance Director

Dianna Lyon-Wagner is the Compliance Director at My HR Pros, leading the Compliance Team in HR best-practice consulting and keeping them current on changing regulations. She also oversees internal HR to ensure My HR Pros stays compliant with federal and state requirements and supports employee relations. With over 13 years of HR experience as both an HR professional and business owner, she’s held prior roles in project management, client advocacy, onboarding, and has been a partial owner of My HR Pros since 2017.

Jonathan Lyon
Benefits Director

Jonathan joined My HR Pros in 2011 and has been an integral part of the Benefits Team since 2019. As Benefits Director, he brings extensive experience in benefit administration and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. Jonathan’s expertise ensures clients receive accurate guidance and support throughout their benefits journey. Outside of work, he enjoys camping and hiking, reflecting his appreciation for the outdoors and adventure.

CFO

Jeremiah Bogdon, CPA, serves as Chief Financial Officer at My HR Pros, leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. He supports the management team with strategic analysis and reliable financial processes that drive smart decisions and growth.

Adam Shaw
Director of Sales and Marketing

Adam Shaw is the Director of Sales and Marketing at MyHRPros.com, where he leads revenue growth through sales strategy, marketing operations, brand development, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. With more than 15 years of experience in sales, operations, and business development, he is known for building scalable systems that align pricing, customer development, and go-to-market strategy to drive measurable growth. A devoted family man, Adam loves spending time with his family fishing and enjoying other outdoor activities.

David Qualls
Director of Occupational Safety & Health

David Qualls brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and HR Management to his role as Director of Occupational Safety & Health at My HR Pros. He guides workplace safety programs, develops and delivers company-specific safety trainings, ensures regulatory compliance, oversees loss control strategies, manages workers' compensation, and supports our clients with OSHA-related needs across our business platform.

Kia Yang
Resource Center Director

Kia Yang has been a dedicated team member at My HR Pros since 2012 and currently serves as Resource Center Director, leading a team that supports new hire processing, onboarding, employee portal assistance, unemployment appeal hearings, and more. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and her SPHR certification, bringing deep expertise and steady leadership to both her team and clients. Kia is known for delivering responsive, high quality service with a strong people first approach.

Sherrie Bates
Payroll Director

Sherrie Bates is the Payroll Director at My HR Pros and has been with the company for 17 years, leading a team that supports payroll for 500+ clients and over 13,000 employees nationwide. Known for her compassionate, detail-driven, service-first leadership, she started as a payroll specialist and has grown into a trusted leader with strong client and team relationships. She holds her FPC and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, and volunteers as a CASA in Crawford County and with the Fort Smith Police Department.

Lauren Jones
Director of Operations

Lauren Jones is the Director of Operations with My HR Pros. Her team focuses on product and vendor management, ensuring that the My HR Pros team has the best tools available to service our clients. Lauren has been with My HR Pros since November 2010. In that time, she worked as a Benefits Specialist assisting clients with the employer sponsored benefits and as a General Manager for the company’s satellite office in Northwest Arkansas.

Controller

Heather Bedillion is the Controller at My HR Pros, where she leads the accounting department and oversees financial operations, tax compliance, and reporting. With seven years at the company, she has built strong expertise in payroll accounting, multi-state tax regulations, and financial process management, and is known for her attention to detail, process improvement mindset, and commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Heather holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith and is also involved with the Family Enterprise Center at UAFS.
