MemberDeals is a no-cost program that provides your employees with access to theme park tickets, concert tickets, vacation stays, car rentals, and more – all at discounted rates!

MemberDeals will be accessed through the My HR Pros Employee Portal beginning February 8, 2023.
If you do not have access to the Employee Portal or would like to check the site out before the program goes live, please request access from your Client Advocate.
No! This is a no-cost program offered to your employees.
Should an employee choose to make a purchase through MemberDeals, all payments are handled via credit card. MemberDeals purchases are NOT payroll deducted.
Place your order on the MemberDeals website by logging in via your My HR Pros Employee Portal. Please keep in mind that many of the event offers and other specials are based on limited availability, so always try planning to book your order as far in advance as possible. Prices are subject to availability and offers are subject to change at any time.

Prevent your tickets from getting lost in the mail.
No need to print your tickets! Simply present your smartphone with e-Tickets at the gate. Not to mention, you save paper and help improve the environment!
It's super convenient.
Make sure you protect it like you would any other ticket. Each e-Ticket contains a unique QR code that is scanned at the event from your smartphone.
If any copies are made of the e-Ticket, only the first scan of the barcode will be allowed entry. If your QR code has already been scanned at the venue, the attendant will be alerted and entry will not be permitted.
2. Make sure that your spam guard and junk mail settings allow you to receive emails with Mobile PDF attachments.
3. Check your junk mail folder.
4. Please check the designated delivery time to receive your e-Tickets. You are excited to go to the event (and we are excited for you), but please check your confirmation email to verify when you can expect delivery of your e-Tickets. Delivery times vary, dependent upon the event.
